### Talks:

🎤 #1: Leveraging Agentic AI with PagerDuty for Self-Diagnosis in Large Distributed Systems

Speakers:

🔹 Miguel de Oliveira Guerreiro, Principal Software Engineer @ PagerDuty

🔹 José Côrte-Real, Staff Software Engineer @ PagerDuty

Abstract:

Incidents are inevitable, but identifying the root cause quickly doesn’t have to be overwhelming. What if AI could enhance your incident response process?

This talk explores how agent-based AI systems can integrate with Kubernetes and application data to provide real-time auto-diagnosis and actionable insights during incidents. By continuously learning from past incidents, these AI systems help reduce Mean-Time-to-Resolution (MTTR) and improve diagnostic accuracy in complex, distributed environments.

🎤 #2: GitLab Runners at Scale as a Service

Speaker:

🔹 Luis Serra, Senior DevOps Engineer @ xgeeks

Abstract:

Managing diverse GitLab Runner requirements—across different operating systems, resource-heavy pipelines, and specific tool versions—can be challenging. How can we ensure scalability, cost-effectiveness, and best practices while offering Runners as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)?

This talk introduces Fleeting Runners, a scalable solution leveraging cloud resources and GitLab’s Instance Executor to simplify GitLab Runner management. We’ll explore how this approach streamlines team onboarding, optimizes CI/CD workflows, and handles complex workloads efficiently.
